I once got caught between sleep and waking with my eyes open...and I saw a black-skinned hand crawl across my bed.

Nice that centipede mentioned that, it reminded me of a dream I've had a couple of years ago when I lived somewhere else... It was one morning after the night before, I'm laying on my bed, on the right side of my body, just waking up with no memories of whatever wild and terrifying dreams I've had during my sleep. I feel a different kind of pressure on my left ear, almost like it's being vigorously sucked or kissed; I open my eyes and I see very close to me a black texture moving upwards and away from my line of sight. So I quickly change my postion so I can face upwards and see whoever is by the side of the bed, and both to my relief and my fears, there was no one. The aftersensation remained for a few minutes. --- SO, there you have it! Another one of my messed up dreams, only catch that this time I wasn't even sleeping anymore - look at how I never said I woke up after what I described. But guys, even though Noomi Rapace, Naomi Watts and Rinoa are all cute women and all, if I had to blame someone, I'd blame the Queen of Dreams or worse...

Haven't had that experience I'm afraid, the worst I've had is having to wake up three times in a day. By this I mean I had a dream about waking up and going to my daily routine and head out the door of my home, just for me to find myself in another dream where the same thing happened and finally wake up, it was like I was trapped in a bad ripoff of Inception or some nonsense.
On a side note having to do the same routine three times in a day is not cool.

centipede I have a(nother) little story to tell. I remember it from when I lived in that same house I mentioned in my last post. Sometimes late at night I had to study and balance time between studying, doing nothing, and sleeping for the next day, so I would ocasionally walk around the place. During one of these short walks I caught in the corner of my sight a shape that made me immediatelly sit down to talk to anyone available via the messenger service I had in my computer. That shape wasn't really black or dark, it was my exact shape looking at me. That is way, way scarier than just a black shape. Or even a demon-like shape, I mean, would you punch yourself? I know I'd attack really hard anything unfamiliar to me, but myself?! Now I think an explanation is due. You see, I was sleep-deprived, had just studied hard and had the need to keep studying; those things left my brain in a less then perfect state as it's normal for most people. That allied with a very personal fear of mine may be how my brain tricked me into seeing my reflection from the fridge slightly misplaced from the fridge, and of course my brain would have completed all the parts of my reflection with what I know from looking at the mirror, creating the impossible in my sight. And honestly, I don't believe shadow people are anything too far from psychological phenomena; I don't have any experience with that - specially seeing how I tend to see more feminine shapes in general in dreams and everywhere else - but I don't think people should spend much time trying to research them from a paranormal point of view. GuilionI think everyone has those. Happened to me a bunch of times and it's frustrating seeing how all those push ups never happened.

Dewd, deja vu is a glitch in the system. You need a patch... (Yep, none of it is real. We're all just code. Seeds and milk are just code too I'm afraid...)

I was playing KOF before going to bed and I realized every time I hit a girl fighter in the game it made me stop for a second and think it's good thing this is just a game.
So before waking up the next day I had this dream where I was walking around in a sort of a mall entrance and along my way I was encountering two very cute girls walking towards me.
The thing is that in some dreams I'm in full control, in others they pretty much play by themselves, and in others it is a half and half situation.
So this was one of the half and half type of dreams where I could not control myself in stopping from punching these girls repeadiately in the face even while they were already on the ground.
However they were so cute and had such a great smile that I couldn't resist using the half of me I could actually control, so I would make out with them as much as I could before I start punching them.
Then I would move on to keep walking. I would keep encountering the same two girls that I had never seen in real life, and proceed to do the same thing, make out and and punch. Then I would leave them on the ground without looking back.
They were smiling the whole time so I guess they were cool about it, but I never spoke to them, neither they ever said a word.
Almost like a real life beat 'm up except for the make out part. Then my alarm sounded so I woke up, and realized that's one of the weirdest dreams I ever had, and this was just yesterday.

I used to play my ps3 so heavily that I had dreams over and over that I had the controller in my hand and I was playing online. I could hear myself talking in my sleep saying invite me, and sometimes even cussing while I was dreaming. Then I would wake up and realize where is my controller and search around for it in my bed but not find it. Then I'm like oh it was just a dream sadly.

fsfsxiiI don't know much about deja vus, but are you having a stressful life? stratogustavI was laughing through your story. Bet you woke up dumbfounded by that dream. Well, if you guys want, the topic is about dreams and if people dream of videogames... By the way I think it's cute that there are sites like that, I find them amusing. But I know that witch in real life, and I'd punch her in the face if no one would find out. In my dream we were together, possibly in a romantic kinda shit, and she was slightly more "human" than usual, as in, she didn't walk and talk like the most manipulative crazy bitch in the world.

spidershinobi I just saw it steering that way, or I wasn't read it properly again. I've been doing that a lot lately. BTW, I know the neopagans are a bunch of kooks, probably overdosed on Harry Potter, but I posted a question on Y!A about why I kept dreaming about going back to school years after I finished it. One of these people said I wasn't happy with the choices I made in the past - and they were correct. So they know something - occasionally.

Speaking of dreams and school, I had a dream last night where I discovered my two best high school buds were GAY with each other! Why?!
