I gave it a 4, because the show was outstanding; however, it sometimes kicked the dead horse too much. Each episode was quite unique, witty, and charming. Overall, it is a classic, and I think it will remain on the all time list of great sitcoms with the likes of M*A*S*H, Married With Children, Cheers, The Cosby Show, etc...

There are a few weak episodes in the first season and that's it: from the second onwards, they found their rhythm and kept it until the last season. |

Don't know why I hear people saying that Seinfeld is irrelevant now because so many sitcoms afterwards did the same things. It's still funnier that most of the shit I've seen in the past few years.

Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld are God's gift to the world. This show is very rad. Infinitely quotable, incredibly funny. Fantastic characters. If there were a museum of sitcoms, Seinfeld would be the Mona Lisa. Or something. Look, it's a great show is what I'm saying. Armored Core RavenNewman! |

I was watching some of those "Show x without laughing track" videos on Youtube, and while the usual suspects are dreadful, Seinfeld holds up perfectly well (it only becomes too silent as they didn't use much music because of the laughing track). It's really well written and acted.
