KOF XIII did not come out on the Neo Geo, but it pays respect to the artwork heritage of SNK for the system.

Yes, I do agree. What I particularly love about these cameos is that they're proof of the attention to detail that went into these stages, demonstrating that the devs were true fans themselves, and they display it in this very artistic manner.

Yes, I do agree. What I particularly love about these cameos is that they're proof of the attention to detail that went into these stages, demonstrating that the devs were true fans themselves, and they display it in this very artistic manner. it's always been like that with snk. the devs are still in contact with the members of neo geo.com forums and give inside stories of games that they worked on. the leaked characters for mark of the wolves 2 was actually first shown to the neo geo.com forum by the old snk devs them selves, and a lot of the devs from the snk usa branch were actually long time members of neo geo.com forums such as tony aka nightmare tony who worked on neo cd games. snk still kept it going when capcom gave up on the whole 2d arcade fighting scene.
