That's a good point about the rebuilding, for Japan in general, not just Tokyo, both, in movies and real life. Not only they have faced Godzilla, they also got massive tsunamis and even actual nuclear weapons throwed at them, and somehow they are still standing.
The most we had faced is King Kong and a couple of commercial planes. We definitely have had it easier down here.

That sounds right about independence day. Now I'm debating whether it should be Copenhagen, Vienna, Stockholm, or Helsinki, considering Brussels already had something going on, the same goes for Madrid, London, Berlin, and Paris.
What happened in Oslo? I do not remember anything happening there.
