I despise ripoff merchants, who get you to pay a non-refundable fee ( as outlined in their T&C) for an online event, then cancel it on the day before, citing "several reschedule requests". They've done it to me six times in a row and I am convinced they lead their customers on. That's money I'll never see again! |
