There's so much negativity going on in society right now regarding the coronavirus pandemic, so I figured I would share some of the best things that have come from it which unfortunately aren't getting much recognition from the public. They are: -Clear skies! With the shut down of airports across the northern hemisphere, the skies have been naturally crystal clear and free of artificial clouds created by con trails during cold fronts/dry weather. It's beautiful and surreal! Not since 9/11 have America's skies been this clear. I may never witness this again in the rest of my life. -Global plummet in carbon emissions. With the shutdown of air ports, manufacturing plants, and so on, carbon emissions are down across the world. -Per capita oil usage is approaching a 20 year low. This means less oil spills, less oil drilling and less carbon emissions because of lower demand for oil. -Peace and quiet across Earth with the reduction of man-made noise due to the global shutdown. Seriously, just read this article I found today: bgr.com/2020/04/02/coronavirus-news-earth-vibration-seismology/-Less air pollution. With there being less traffic on highways, less air traffic, and less human activity in general, the air we breath is unusually clean right now. Less pollution, less noise, clearer skies, what's not to love? I'll post more positive facts the more I find them/think of them.

I got one. MeleeMonk has less access to free wifi. I guess things aren't as bad as people say when you take this into consideration.

It means I don't have to put up with your stupidity & shitty moderation as much! I've been meaning to add a couple more positive points to the coronavirus pandemic. Because of social distancing, society is experiencing: -Less unprotected sex. Which means less STDs and unplanned pregnancies. -Less procreation. A slowing population growth trend is always a good thing in this global struggle with climate change. Why, you ask? Less carbon emissions, less human encroachment, and less deforestation are a few examples.

As for my shitty moderation, there's less to moderate now since your only on once a week now.

Governments are expecting a baby boom because people are staying home and having nothing better to do. Source? Maybe I was exaggerating here as what I read was mereoy speculation, but if you google corona virus baby boom, you'll find plenty of articles discussing the topic. The original source I read was in Norwegian, og eg trur ikkje du er så interessert i å lese den slags.

Just did a google search and found articles like this: www.nytimes.com/2020/04/08/us/coronavirus-baby-boom.htmlDemographic experts are predicting that couples are less likely to have kids during the pandemic. That's what I figured. History has proven that birth rates typically decline during economic recessions.

I have found a couple more positive points of the coronavirus pandemic: -That abusive far-right facist pig Jair Bolsonaro isn't able to plunder the amazon rainforest as much now that the global economy has slowed and the workforce is smaller. -At least one airline company, Virgin Australia, has already declared bankruptcy because of the pandemic! Source: www.ibtimes.com/virgin-australia-airline-collapses-after-government-refuses-bailout-request-2962468This is the first glorious blow to the airline industry. I say good riddance.

Sorry to break your expectations, man, but it's going the other way around: the devastation is rising much faster due to the lack of available officers and operations against illegal miners (Bolsonaro is actually taking advantage of the whole situation to fire officers, now that this is not getting much attention). Also, illegal miners are reaching isolated tribes and putting natives at risk of getting covid-19, this is one of the major worries right now.

Well thanks for the real scoop anyways.

-The pandemic has officially hit the meat industry here in the states! This means greenhouse gas emissions will further decrease now that (for the time being anyway) farmers aren't breeding livestock as much. Noice! Unfortunately that idiot Trump is putting human lives at risk by using his executive power to force meat production plants to stay open. What an ass.
