What game(s)on that require an M rating I wonder? Not Splatterhouse, it's uncensored on Switch(part of Namco Museum) and has a teen rating while the turbografx version is censored.

I imagine it is because of Kojima's game Snatcher considering he always likes to touch on adult subjects. |

I really want this, but not for the current price. I think it is awesome, but I hate the fact that they didn't translate some of the Japanese exclusives. There are a ton of fan translations out there, and they could have made some sort of deal and given the fan translators some credit.

I read somewhere that it will be released en mass later this year due to the manufacturing delay. I'm hoping the delay will lead to corrections. I doubt it, but I can always hope. It does seem to be (mostly) a good thing. I will wait for a price drop before buying this.

I think I'll probably go for the PC Engine myself. The TurboGrafx-16 would be nice to have as well, but after watching Hi-Score Girl on Netflix I have been enthusiastic over the PC Engine more.

Are there games on the PC Engine that you want more? Honestly M2 has done an amazing job with both consoles when it comes to the games, but to me it comes down to the looks. I really like the looks of the PC Engine more. The TurboGrafx-16 looks cool too, and I love the big size, so having both wouldn't be had either. Normally I like the Western versions more. I like the NES more than the Famicom, and I like the looks of the Super Nintendo more than the Super Famicom. I guess this is the exception. I may or may not add more games to it once it is possible, but I won't touch the M2 ports because those are great. Either way you will probably be able to have full libraries for both, and that solves that problem. I have to say, I have become a massive fan of modding the Minis. It is really satisfying to find the covers, and list entire libraries into them. It has become like a hobby of mine that I have enjoyed doing with each Mini. |

Sometimes you want to try the not so great stuff too, so the only real solution is to add them all, full libraries is the way to go. |

The TurboGrafx-16 should be Western anyway, so I don't think they will change anything. The PC Engine one is for the East, and it will likely remain the same. I actually thought it was weird they were selling TurboGrafx-16 consoles over there in the first place. |
