thefurox Laserdiscs in Australia? I thought they never reached Australian shores.

centipede Yeah they did. There were PAL laserdiscs with some made especially for the Australia but from what I can tell (I'm not sure cause I wasn't alive) imports were more popular. The PAL laserdiscs run like 3% faster due to frame rate reasons so they also have a pitch increase. Most people can't tell the difference unless the two movies are played side by side but unfortunately I'm one of the people that can so I try to shy away from them and collect NTSC discs.

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (PC), it's cheap on Steam right now. I know it's supposed to be bad and glitchy, but being a fan of the series means I'm curious about it anyway.

I'm waiting on using that code because there is a flash sale expected tomorrow or Friday but there are a few things I might pick up already. |
