Sounds like it might be like CoD Black OPs' zombie mode, where there's basically no point in playing alone because you simply won't get far at all. Is it that hard? Yeah pretty much. Enemies are much more aggressive and accurate compared to the campaign enemies.

Wasn't there some sort of Reach and Anniversary tie-in where one of the games' maps could be used when the other game was running?

Wasn't there some sort of Reach and Anniversary tie-in where one of the games' maps could be used when the other game was running? What are you talking about? The multiplayer maps from Anniversary are DLC to Reach. You get that DLC with Anniversary, and it's only playable in Reach I think.

There was some DLC that I could play when both discs were in the system. At least, that's how it worked for me. I think Microsoft did that so people wouldn't need to swap between the discs to play the same game. At least, that's how I remember it.
