On the way home today I stopped by a second hand shop as I do sometimes and picked up some games and stuff.
for PS3: FIFA 11 FIFA 12 (no manual) FIFA 13
PSP UMD Movies: Charlie & The Chocolate Factory Kill Bill Kill Bill 2 Pusher 3
PC Games: IMP #005 Hydrael IMP #007 Kentaurus IMP #012 Frostmork IMP #024 Kosmoeus IMP #025 Megamammon IMP #027 Ghoulak IMP #033 Vulkanicus IMP #046 Buttgod (yes, that's his actual name)
IMP, for those who are not in the know what this game is, was a 1-on-1 arena style fighting game/monster collecting game for PC by the Swedish developer Idol FX and came out for Windows 98/2000 in 2001. The idea was that you would purchase separate CD-ROMs for each monster you wanted at a lower price than buying a full game on just one disc, needless to say if they had been very cheap and distributed on a larger scale with proper backing and funding by some bigger brand with advertising abilities and all that it might've worked, sadly they were rather expensive for just one monster per disc and on top of that very hard to find as very select few stores ever sold them. I only ever found them in one local store myself. So it didn't last and never became a big thing like Pokemon, Digimon, Monster Rancher, Jade Cocoon and so on.
I don't have all of them but I've managed to get hold of quite a few over the years. I originally bought a bunch when they were new and have since found wayward copies in different second hand shops. I rather liked the monster designs so whenever I see an IMP lost out there in the wild I just gotta catch it.
Also picked up some kind of video card to what seems like component and S-Video converter cable.
and finally I got a bunch of multi CD cases, the kind that some multi disc music collections like Thunderdome and multi disc PlayStation games like Final Fantasy VII, VIII and IX came in back in the mid to late 90s and early 2000s.

You seen to have a large collection by now. It would be cool to see it on the Collections & Trading section of the Pub.

Today I went and picked up an order I had placed earlier this week. Originally I had planned to get these thing early in March but because the homepage I was ordering from had some problems with certain things preventing me and many others from ordering I had to wait almost 2 months to place my order. Sadly during that time some of the things I had originally planned to order got sold out and had their prices made a lot more expensive so I had to skip those making my final order about 2/3 of what I originally wanted. Also a couple of games that said they were "complete" with box and manual were missing the manuals when I opened them today, so a rather disappointing experience overall. That being said I am still glad I got these games as many of them I've been on the hunt for for ages and had to resort to borrowing copies from my friends and in some cases emulation as not even anyone I know had a copy due to how rare of these games are here. Some of these are nostalgic classics I played back in the day but never got hold of myself, others are newfound favorites I missed out on completely when they were new. Mega Drive: F22 Interceptor (no manual)LHX Attack Chopper (no manual)Retro-bit RetroGen 6-button Controller32X: Doom Metal Head Virtua Racing DeluxePlayStation: Centipede Iron Soldier 3 Kirikou Newman Haas Racing T'ai Fu Wrath of the Tiger (no manual despite the store claiming it was complete with manual)Re-Loaded (no manual despite the store claiming it was complete with manual)Star Wars Rebel Assault II The Hidden Empire (no manual)Viewpoint (no manual)PlayStation Portable: Key of Heaven L.A. RushYou seen to have a large collection by now. It would be cool to see it on the Collections & Trading section of the Pub. I'm not really a collector as much as I'm a gamer, I mostly get games to play and play again and because of that I pretty much never get rid of games. But yeah, over the years the amount of games in my collection have grown quite a lot, especially during the two previous generations with PS2 and Xbox 360 far in the lead above the rest as they had by far the most and cheapest games in general.

Yeah, that's why I said it would be cool to write it down and see everything you got. It sounds like it is over 200 games, or maybe even more.

Yeah, it seems like he does, that's why I said it would be cool to see his collection list on the forum.
I also got a few games myself. SNK has a 50% off sale in Japan because of the pre-orders of The King Of Fighters XIV since April 26 when it was posted. It looks like it will have a PS3 release in Japan as well. I probably will get the physical U.S. version on the 23rd of August for the PS4, and the digital Japan PS3 version on the 25th, since it probably won't be ported for the PS3 on the West. But I will have to wait and see what they do.
I wish I would had waited. I didn't know this was going to happen. I would had saved like 70 bucks on all the digital PS2 games I bought during the last 2 weeks, since they were mostly SNK.
Oh well, at least I took advantage in getting the ones I didn't have already for the PS2, and saved like 28 bucks:
- ADK Tamashii (Japan)
- Art Of Fighting Anthology (Japan)
- Fatal Fury Battle Archives Vol. 2 (Japan)
- Fuuun Super Combo (Japan)
- Twinkle Star Sprites (La Petite Princesse (Japan)

I probably will, I'm sure I'll get it, I just don't know if next week, I'll get it even though I already have it for the PS3 to support the brand, and for the trophies. I actually beat it this morning, LOL! I also did 71% of the Metal Slug 3 trophies last night.
Edit: I just bought Darius Burst Chronicle Saviours for the PS4. I already had the Steam version, but I want to get the trophies too. I was not very into trophies until very recently, but I discovered they are a lot of fun. The game was on sale, but it is still a bit pricey, I just didn't want to wait anymore. I still saved 40%. These games are usually 75 bucks in Japan, so 35 is not that bad.

The XBLA release of Gaurdian Heroes! Hooray! I already have the Saturn version, but this one, with the added screen space (it's in widescreen), will make 2-player romps even better.

Some tuesday second hand gaming related finds, among other stuff.
PC Games: Best Friends Horse & Pony My Horse Hugo Heroes of the Savannah KA-52 Team Alligator Nuclear Strike Serious Sam The Second Encounter Silent Hill Homecoming
PC Other: 2x Diskette storage cases
I'm now using the diskette storage cases to house my Mega Drive and 32X games, similar to a Nin10case.

Yesterday's second hand gaming finds.
PC Games: Bratz 4 Real Kill Switch KKND 2 Krossfire OutRun 2006 Coast 2 Coast Vanguard Saga of Heroes (didn't notice at the time but today as I was going through my finds this was in fact an online only game, so completely worthless to me and pretty much a waste of my money, yay, I could've bought a cheap candy bar or something else I might actually have been able to get some enjoyment out of instead)
