Balder Yeah, it is a Western developed Sega published game, plus it is a licensed one. No that there is anything wrong with a Western developer. What happens is that if the publisher's headquarters are on the other side of the world it makes it so much harder to have any kind of quality control. I heard the game lacks the psychological terror that Aliens is known for, and focuses on action alone, which is probably very disappointing to fans.

Oh wow, that's good then. In that case if you are looking for something to hate I recommend you a game not by Sega, but by Capcom that you are truly going to hate, it is called Umbrella Corps which is a demo they shipped, and once it arrived they decided to turn it into a game and no one said anything. They even forgot to take the trailer off the ending.

Alien Isolation is one of the best survival-horror games I've ever played and, frankly, it's the best thing to happen to the Alien franchise since the second film (Aliens). It's that good. Now, about the topic at hand, I think I have too many Sega published/developed games to count, especially because of my Saturn collection - also, I bought a lot of Sega games on Steam and 360, so I'll need some time to count them all.  |

I'll check and post my list later if I remember. It's down from it used to be since I don't my Saturn or Dreamcast collection anymore. Still have quite a bit though I think.

Sega didn't publish this, Rising Star Games did. It was made using Sega hardware though, and I guess there is an arcade version coming that Sega is publishing according to wikipedia. That's an easy game to plat btw, just requires playing through it a lot. |

Yep, you have to beat the game ten times but it's short(5 on original arcade, 5 on New Order or whatever the other mode is) I'd guess it took about six hours. It doesn't have any 1CC or no damage trophies that make other shmup trophy lists really difficult. I knew it was on Dreamcast, never played it on that though. I wish Sturmwind and Gunlord would get PSN releases also. |
