That's cool. People still cling on to the old school way of doing things without the modern world getting in the way. I for one would love to go back to the time of gathering in the arcades and then going home with the group of friends to stay over and just play Street fighter alpha 2 and a king of fighters game all night and then and watch a anime movie while eating from our favourite takeaway.
Unfortunately people seem to be so far apart even though they live 20 minuets away. No one has time for any one any more, and even if they do make the time, it's just not the same.

How do you find them? Meetup or something? I invite people over to play VR. Almost everyone is a gamer now. I bring people straight from the bar sometimes. Then someone knows someone that knows someone. You just have to be careful not to end up with weird people that can bring you trouble, you have to be selective. Also a lot of my newer close friends I have met through work, either other photographers, event organizers, or the models themselves. You will be surprise how many people play games now. It is a very acceptable hobby, and a great excuse to get together. |
