Some users wants it to be clearer what topics we post in the General Discussion forum, and it has been suggested that we should divide it into a General Gaming section and a Non-Gaming General section. We'll leave it up to the pub to decide.

Now as my personal opinion I think it would be a bad decision to split up the forums. A recent page usually never gets buried until we've discussed it fully. And there are a lot of gray areas where threads can fit into both categories. But I'll bow to the people's opinion if you think it's too cluttered.

I don't see an issue with keeping things together. Its a small community with a slow moving board. Things are fine the way they are.

I don't see a problem with the way it is now, although splitting it wouldn't bug me either. If there was an indifferent option that would have gotten my vote.

The console-specific sections are barren enough, we don't need to go further splitting up the forum imo.

Not only that, by voting to keep things as they are you are saving Balder a lot of work by not moving threads constantly from one section to the other. |

I voted yes, because I love organization, but to be honest I'm completely fine either way. I don't really see it as a big deal.

I see the concern of topics about cross/multi-platform games getting mixed with the general miscellany, but it has always been that way and we've always gotten by so why change it now.
Might as well just stick to tradition and keep things as they were from the old Wind Squid Pub.

Until then however I see no problem with keeping general games disscussion and threads about anime in the same section.
