I don't think we needed to wait for a shooting to take place to realize that Europe is no stranger to mass killings. If we resurrect this thread every time a shooting happens we'll be here forever. I don't think we needed to wait for a shooting to take place to realize that Europe is no stranger to mass killings. If we resurrect this thread every time a shooting happens we'll be here forever. That said, here's 2 different excerpts from the same article that concerned me. Yet from earlier in the article, Oh Sweden. Agreed and understood. I didn't want to mention it, but a few think this only happens in the US. We need to remember evil exists all over. Balder Sweden is pretty much king of "if it doesn't fit the narrative, just ignore it." Look at the incident and reaction to a young fellow running a truck into a mall recently there. |

The level of crazyness in our country is beyond insanity, ironically. I blame prescription drugs and illegal drugs equally. People are too unhappy because of the consumerism culture, and false sense of entitlement, so they become dependent. Before we totally derail our Texas Chainsaw thread, I thought I'd quasi move the discussion over here. I read the shooter was on lots of meds and had long-term emotional problems, especially with his parents. Apparently his parents were members of the church he attacked, too. |
