I think working out on regular basis keeps these kinds of thoughts at bay. Working out also keeps endurance and stamina up. Even when out of shape, doing the elliptical keeps my circulation at an optimal rate, which translates into always having extra potency. Not having a release for that extra potency is a waste and it can frustrate anyone. The last thing you want for your adulthood is frustration. I'm not saying to have as many partners, for some of us it can get out of control, but definitely have someone to release the tension. It is good for your overall health, psyque and you will perform better in your working activities as well. |

By the way, about the importance of having opposite sex people to release the tension with, I forgot to mention something very important. Don't lose your time on the ones you don't care for. If you are going to invest your time, do it with the ones that actually inspire you, it is better for both sides. I say it because it is one of those rules I adopted too late and I wish I would had see the importance of it before. |

Thats an interesting point, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find someone that inspires me yet, or someone with ambition or even a clear goal. Most of the folk i know are just going through the motions. I went all through the last two years without making any friends, in fact i think i'm losing some. I assume it is something that comes with maturity and the spring of tastes. |

You will be surprised how many people you can be compatible with as long as you present yourself in a honest way and let them know ahead of time about your schedule and things of that nature. You don't need to share the same likes to become compatible, all you need is disposition and interest. |

My son can only play on certain days for a certain amount of time. I may sound like a crazy man, but kids are addicted to the screen these days. Personally, I have seen how bad a digital obsession has become for kids, so I try to give him a healthy balance of the digital world and the real world. I don't want him to become a slave to the screen. So far, I think he is a pretty adjusted kid if you ask me.
