Found myself a PStwo (slim model from 2006) with power adapter, composite cables and a third party controller at a local secondhand shop today.

Picked up Street Fighter Anniversary Collection for PS2 yesterday for $12. This is a very important purchase for me, since I've never played or owned Street Fighter 3 before, and the PS2 is legendary for the staggering amount of 3rd party hardware that was released for it over the years. I plan on finding an aftermarket PS2 controller with a great D-pad to fully enjoy these classic Street Fighter games!

This is a very important purchase for me, since I've never played or owned Street Fighter 3 before, and the PS2 is legendary for the staggering amount of 3rd party hardware that was released for it over the years. I plan on finding an aftermarket PS2 controller with a great D-pad to fully enjoy these classic Street Fighter games! Nice. I used to have that as well. Spirit Bomb You mean Hyper Street Fighter 2? Don't worry, that game is basically SSF2T but it gives you the ability to pick older versions of characters (from Turbo, Hyper Fighting, etc). The CPU characters use the SSF2T versions of the characters by default.

Spirit Bomb, what winnersdontusedrugs said was actually the primary selling point of that collection. Apparently they addressed your concern before hand because they knew it was coming.

What this guy said. Good, thanks! I'll try this gheyme now. It's FromSoftware so how bad can it be... Plus I got reintroduced to Master Jay again. He used to add games to the old SpaceVault together with reviews he did of them. Has a cool witty style about him, especially for a younger guy. |
