Describe this movie for us, Balder. The Raid is perhaps the best modern non-sci-fi action movie ever made. No bullshit romance/live story, no convoluted story, brutal R-rated action with fantastic martial art fights. The fights are cringworthy to watch (the good cringe, the one where it looks so good you can't help it saying "oooooooohh, that's gonna leave a mark"). At its core, it's a police raid on a drug warlord in a huge building. Simple, yet perfect for these kinds of movies. If you do like action movies, but have given up on modern ones, try this. It's like someone used Ockham's razor here. I'm sure cobretti would love this one. |

I had to learn English and British on top of regular American. All you had to learn was Norwegian. And I'll have you know, I watched the entire Harry Potter movie and only had to check the subtitles a couple times to understand what they were saying, guvnah. Pip pip. |
