Red Dead 2 is the prequel to Red Dead Redemption, but it is titled as a sequel because the release is after, all while it happen to be the third game in the series. They do this so no one gets confused. They pretty much disowned Red Dead Revolver. |

They do this so no one gets confused. They pretty much disowned Red Dead Revolver. It wasn't their game to begin with. Was a Capcom title, then Rockstar bought it and finished it. So they did more with the "world." They did release some of the characters from it in the multiplayer. |
