So after having a violent case of stomach flu for 3 days straight recently, I thought I'd share my experience on vomiting with you guys by way of tips, so hopefully that way when any of you become ill like I was, my advice will help you minimize your suffering.
If you know you're going to vomit and there's no stopping it, here are some tips that should help you based on my experience:
1: Drink lots of water right before you vomit. Doing this makes your stomach contents MUCH easier to regurgitate.
2: DO NOT vomit in sinks, showers or bathtubs, only vomit in toilets. After vomiting in my bath tub for 3 days straight, it became badly clogged, which made cleaning up the mess extremely difficult.
3: If your plumbing becomes clogged with vomit, simple drain cleaner will fix the problem. Since its just organic material, it is garunteed to break down, so there's no need to waste money hiring a plumber to unclog it.

As an “old hand” or sorts at vomiting, I can tell you that though vomiting in the toilet is ideal, sometimes you just have to do it where you can do it. Bathtub or garbage can or out of a window.
By the way, I’m gonna give you some mad props for starting the vomit thread. Bodily functions are some of my favorite things to talk about. Farts. Phlegm. Feces. Love it all!

At my last job, my buddy and I were sequestered in an office by ourselves and we spent hours cracking jokes and making up stories in an effort to gross each other out. Some of the best times I’ve ever had working. |

I also like some of it in humor, the bog of eternal stench in Labyrinth gets me every time and the laxative scene in Dumb & Dumber is one of the best in the entire movie.

Honestly I don't like it in real life or porn. If I see someone vomiting it makes me participate in vomiting as well.
Also when it comes to sex as Armored mentioned, you can't avoid those vaginal farts once in a while, but for backdoor real deal stuff that's why condoms are often essential, and if your shower has a little hose, make sure she uses it before hand so it is all clean and ready and you don't have to deal with a mess later on.
The backdoor process is simple. She puts it in, let it fill the insides with water for a few seconds (they usually won't resist that much time), then let it all out, and repeat the process a handful of times. She will be thankful because it saves her from embarrassment later on, and you too because you can now have a clean good looking entry.

Surprised to see this thread started with someone getting sick rather than getting drunk. I have some experience about it with the latter, only a bit with the former.
I think my best tip is to keep reminding yourself that it gets better once the vomitting ends, just in case you're the type to easily get desperate.
And if you know you will be vomitting for a while, you should ask someone to ready a large bowl or bucket, so that you have more mobility and others may be able to use the bathroom too.
After the fact you should get either Gatorade or another mix so you ingest back some of what you've lost.
