Maybe I'd get it if all of you Americans you stop hogging it. I honestly don't know anyone who has it. I wouldn't mind it if they have all the stuff from the 50s, 60s, etc.

They did for years to make the VHS and DVDs more valuable. Really? Did you say 'valuable'? Mum's got a whole bunch of unopened Disney movies in her garage. MUM? MUM! What about OST cassettes? I wanted to buy The Lion King for my son when he was little. That was before they put it on Blu-Ray, so I could only get the DVD. The damn thing was "in the vault," and the price gougers on eBay and Amazon wanted well over $100 for it at the time. Of course, that was when manufacturers stopped making VHS players, so I couldn't even attempt to get a copy from Goodwill. Eventually, we found a friend who had the DVD, and it shocked her that her DVD was worth so much.
Disney is the king of artificially inflating prices through "shortages." I wonder how they will attempt to inflate prices now that everything has gone to streaming?

I've seen a lot of articles and videos recently which state that this deal was a costly mistake. I thought the acquisition of Fox's online streaming infrastructure and presence was the ultimate purpose behind the deal. Everything else was a bonus, since Disney + was their ultimate goal. I guess no one likes Disney + now?

I like the content on Disney+, but in practice I always end up on Max, Netflix, or Crunchiroll. So not sure why is that because I know I like a lot of the content they have.
