Let me start by saying that I’ve met Lloyd Kaufman and he’s a total dick. That being said, Toxic Avenger rules. Troma’s best movie and best series by far. It’s insane and hilarious. The actress playing Toxie’s girlfriend was smoking. A solid 5. I wonder if Balder has seen Toxic Avenger... |

Does it count if I remember the cartoon? I won't vote, since I didn't see the movie. However, I remember the cartoon. I remember hating it, and for some reason the visceral hatred is coming back. Perhaps I should give it a second chance? |

Perhaps I should give it a second chance? I don’t think I’ve seen Toxic Crusaders. It somehow passed me by, but do watch Toxic Avenger. Totally amazing. As for Lloyd, I was just finishing spending some serious coin at the Troma booth at a local horror convention and Lloyd was there. I shook his hand and was hoping to talk for a bit since it wasn’t busy yet and he blew me off to hound some underage girls that passed by. I felt like an ass. |

Dan E. Kool solid work with the ratings. On a sidenote: there is an AVGN episode with Lloyd Kaufman where they play The Toxic Avenger video game. I've always hated that episode, and it's probably my least favorite episode ever of AVGN.

Let me start by saying that I’ve met Lloyd Kaufman and he’s a total dick. Tell us this story, man. Toxic Avenger is really something. In some ways it has a kids' movie mentality (the story, the characters, the jokes), but then it also has all that over the top gore and nudity, so it's definitely not for kids... Then it gets its own NES game and cartoon. I just love how they could get something as crass as TA and turn it into a cartoon, that's just awesome. That said, I would describe the movie as Troma's Bride of Frankenstein (there's no way the scenes of him moving with the blind girl weren't inspired by BoF). I like it a lot. My favourite scene is the fight at the taco place. |

It’s a shame, too, because I’ve met I’ve met quite a few B movie people at these cons and for the most part they’ve been super nice. That’s probably what threw me for a loop with Lloyd. I didn’t expect him to be a dick for some reason. I guess you need to have giant tits before you approach him or something. |

What a piece of shit movie. I liked it. My favourite scene is the fight at the taco place. Me too, that whole scene is what made me like Toxic Avenger in the end. Those 3 guys are probably the most entertaining goons I've ever seen in a movie. |
