Assura's Wrath was one of those games that looked amazing but I lost interest quickly when I found out it was just a movie with quick time events. This game would of been epic if they just stuck to a God of War style hack and slash.

Assura's Wrath was one of those games that looked amazing but I lost interest quickly when I found out it was just a movie with quick time events. This game would of been epic if they just stuck to a God of War style hack and slash. Not to break your balls Bogard, but this is DLC discussion month. Please refrain from discussing the main game too much as that discussion should be in its own thread. This is mostly a big joke because it's just a ploy to show how dumb it is to split up discussions simply by DLC. We'll get back to discussing real games in 2 weeks. By then people should be content with the amount of DLC-only discussions, and a certain someone can shut the fuck up. |

This DLC was the last bit of content I needed to realize quick time events aren't so bad, like scipioafricanus said once, that's exactly what rhythm games are too, quick time events. |

Pretty bad example of dlc if it's true to it's title(I have not played Asura's Wrath), people should not have to pay extra to get the ending.

On a side note, can we discuss DLCs once in awhile or is it just this month? Because I would like to suggest Shovel Knight's amazing DLCs: they're all full campaigns and completely free. I'm playing the newest and last one right now, and I swear it's longer than the main game.

Balder - It seems we don't have one yet, so make it my game of the week suggestion! To not derail this thread: I was interested in Asura's Wrath, but learning that the ending was being sold as DLC was a bucket of cold water, I lost my interest. So you can put DLC like this in the worst category to me, alongside Prince of Persia 2008's DLC: when the "true" ending of the game is sold separately. It completely turns me off.
