Listen, kids. If I'm completely honest, I'm never completely honest. But even so, the General Discussion board didn't really go over very favorably. People don't want to split the board. I blame Balder because responsibility is not in my character. The long and the short of it is: the movie threads are going to be here now. And I'm going to be the one doing them because it's a little funnier that way. Send me your suggestions. Who knows, I might even read them. Years ago when I heard Stallone was going to make sequels to Rocky and Rambo... I thought it was just a cash grab from an aging star who was out of ideas. The results were far from that. "Rocky Balboa" and "Rambo" were a great return for both characters and Stallone himself.

I watched this movie twice as if it was the first time, I enjoyed it throughly both times. It made me remember how movies used to feel. Movies just don't feel like that anymore. It is sad indeed because we are missing out.

I watched this movie twice as if it was the first time, I enjoyed it throughly both times. It made me remember how movies used to feel. Movies just don't feel like that anymore. It is sad indeed because we are missing out. I only saw it once, when it was new in theaters. That was enough for me. I can see what you're saying and maybe even agree with you, but I gave the film a 3/5. It's not that it's bad. It's just no where near as good as the first. The violence had me laughing out loud for the ridiculousness of it. Enjoyable in its own way, but shallow. Not as bad as the third one, though. |
