One of the best Western releases of newer generations. I have collected all tables released. My uncle actually has a bunch of real pinball machines in his down celler along with many arcade machines, I can't yet afford all that, but my PS3 is pretty much all that already which I recognize will never be as good as having the real thing, yet it does the job.
I modded my extra long arcade stick, to have side buttons (also Sanwa) to simulate pinball machines, and it really makes it a lot better. Even more so, I use the same setup for the VR version of this game called Pinball FX2 on the PS4, and to be honest I had low expectations for the VR functionality, but I was pleased it is the total opposite, the VR functionality works perfectly, specially with my modded stick, it feels exactly like the real thing.
I'm glad they finally unified the names, Xbox was FX2 and PlayStation was Zen Pinball 2, now with VR it is the same thing. It has a Vita release as well, but I'm not sure how well would that play in such a small screen. The 3D feature found in both PS3 and PS4 works well and smoothly, so no complaints there either.

Zen Pinball is a great platform! For rating purposes I find it hard to rate the platform <em>without</em> considering the products, however. So if we were to talk stribly about the platform I wouldn't be able to rate it anything, but considering the vast selection of tables and the average quality among them this thing is amazing!
