You know, the new Rare game? From what I've heard of it it seems like an interesting game.

I would if it was for PlayStation VR. For what I've seen of it, it looks like the kind of game that would be fun to play on a VR environment. I don't think just using a TV could give it justice.

Sounds like you have no idea. Most people like to relax and sit down with a basic controller in their hand and play video games. Putting on a contraption takes that away.

Most people like to relax and sit down with a basic controller in their hand and play video games. Puion a contraption takes that away. Well if you play Resident Evil VII on VR you will be sitting down, with a basic controller in your hand, playing a video game, but the one thing it is for sure is that you won't be relaxed at all. The experience is way too intense to relax. In all fairness I do agree VR is not for everybody because not everyone gets used to it right away, some people will need some hours of playing spreaded through out a couple of different weeks before they get used to it, and that sounds like a pain in the ass for anyone. However for those of us that are used to watching 3D movies all the time and can just jump into VR without a problem the tech is nothing less than spectacular. It is a little too expensive for most people right now, but hopefully that will change in the future. I also imagine headsets will only become smaller and the resolution will become wild. We are basically in the Atari 2600 era for portable VR, and maybe the NES era for stationery VR, so when we start hitting the equivalent of the N64 era and so on, I can't even imagine people's reaction. I do enjoy Atari 2600 and NES games though. So I have no complaints of what is getting offered right now.

No Man's Sky is another game that would had benefit from VR, but that probably would had been too ambitious.

I never played the game, but I did remember my brother telling me he put many hours into the game. He described it as some kind of Minecraft.

No, sorry, I'm straight.
Also, get the fuck out of here with that "N64 era of VR" bullshit; PS2 era for life.

Have to give it to Hello games for keeping at it even after all the hate. A lesser Indie studio would've cut and run a long time ago.

The only way they could convince me to try it is of they add a VR mode, I doubt they would, but there is always a chance.
