Well it's been a while since I've been here.
I haven't really touched my games for the longest time but I just got an MVS board and realized I totally forgot about you guys (sorry).
So what's new?
EDIT: Just noticed I put this in general gaming not general discussion. We're off to a great start.

No where really, Still got 1 1/2 years on my degree left.
Been working full time this holidays as a requirement for my course so for the first time I actually have some money so after spending way to much on Gunpla I figured I should probably get the MVS I always wanted.
Basically the main reason I haven't been playing games is that I was going through an anime phase. I fluctuate between focusing on gaming and anime and for the last 3 or so years it was anime.
I was still buying games just not playing them much (definitely a bad financial decision).
And that's pretty much my life story.

Well aussie arcade has bared off they're sales page from those with lest that 50 posts so I'll have to stick to what's available on ebay au.
For the moment I'm probably going to get KOF'98, Samurai Showdown 2 an Kabuki Klash.
My MVS board is in the mail and as well as a RGB to component transcoder so I can plug it in my CRT. Still need a power supply (just trying to find a cheap pc one on the local classifieds) and a Jamma harness. While I was at it I also got SCART cables for all my consoles that support it so I can wack them all through the transcoder to get that RGB goodness.

Welcome back man, if you get the MVS, you and Balder will be the ones with one. If you already have the board that is a great start. Those cartridges are expensive, but totally awesome.
The entire Neo-Geo library is great, if all the titles were available for the PS3 I would get them all to play them on my arcade machine, so far I have all the ones that came up for it, with a few Japanese store exeptions that I"m planning to get. I also quite have a fee on the PS4 that has been doing a great job releasing many of those titles.
But nothing beats the original hardware. I would definitely go after Shock Troopers, all the Metal Slug games, and the KOF ones, also the Art Of Fighting games, the Fatal Fury games with Garou, the Aero Fighters games, the Samurai Shodown games, SNK Vs. Capcom, Ghost Pilots, Prehistoric Isle 2, Andro Dunos, Blazing Star, Iron Clad, Zero Blade, The Last Blade games, Last Resort, Strikers 1945 +, Pulstar, Twinkle Star Sprites, and the Super Sidekicks series.
