I voted 5, but this one is the bias I can't get rid of.

As as it turns out, Balder has not seen this either. Which is a shame because Beverly Hills Cop starring Eddie rules. But you know that Balder . He hates fun. Beverly Hills Cop is just about perfect. No movie blends action and comedy as well as this. A 5 for sure.

Alright, I will actually watch this movie this coming week. It's on Netflix so it won't be a hassle. If I don't watch it before next week's movie discussion, I'll buy Stallone Cobra on Blu-Ray, despite the high cost.

"An embodiment of the 80s' cop action movies. It falls into a lot of the tropes one would expect, but it still manages to stand out among the vast library of generic 80s movies. One of the reasons is the fantastic soundtrack, absolutely perfect. A lot of it has also to do with Eddie Murphy, and the rest of the cast. Some solid comedy lies within this movie. I might have underestimated it, but can you blame me when this genre have almost been beat to death with over-saturation?" - my Letterboxd review.
Don't crucify me for giving it a 4/5. It's a great movie, but understand where I come from. I did not experience the 80s first hand. I do love the 80s and everything that lies within, but it's probably more enjoyable for people who experienced it first hand. Solid movie guys.

Glad you enjoyed the movie. By the way, how do people in Norway feel about Eddie Murphy?

I don't think most people have any strong opinions on the guy.

I have some issues with the grading scale on this one. I think being a crooked cop would be preferable to being a mall cop.
