Anyone accidentally get Yakuza 6 early?

The short version:
As is common, the Yakuza 6 demo that went up yesterday was a download for the full game, with everything outside the demo locked. That way, if someone buys the full game in April, it is just an unlock key and they can play right away.
However, in North America at least, it looks the version that went up didn't have anything locked out. It is the full game. The demo has been pulled, but some people did get the full thing.

So I do have one friend who is a Yakuza fanatic who happened to be lucky enough to get the full version, and he's enjoying the heck out of it. Granted, he's the type of fan who's still going to be happy to pay full price in April.
