I should be doing my exams, but I've got such a nice groove going here, and thag brings me to Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers:
"Who would have thought that Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers would be this good? This movie sure took me by surprise, at first I thought this was just another splatploitation flick, but no this is also a great noir and parody-esque film. I love noir films, and this is a really weird one, but it definitely works. Sure some of the jokes here and there are a bit outdated, but how can anyone not love the concept of hookers killing their victims by sacrificing them to an ancient Egyptian chainsaw god? Also, they have fucking the guy who played Leatherface as the villain, who better play a crazy chainsaw cult master, than the chainsaw guru himself. This is a great movie." 3.5/5

Another one down, Destroyer (1988):
"First of all, this is one of the coolest fucking covers ever. Just look at it! As for the movie itself, it is actually damn good at times. It has got a great atmosphere to it, without being too cheesy. The villain is good, but not great. I usually hate stories that include: "Hey we're making a film within a horror film", but here it does not get in the way too much. This is an entertaining film, and it surprised me, because the title is so generic. Destroyer... oooOOOooo so scary. Worth a watch." 3.5/5 one of the better ones, definitely.
