That thing is cool. With actual live video those are some of the most realistic graphics even for today's standards.
I have to say, CRTs were a marbel in technology, they had q crazy amount of zones, pretty much one for each pixel, the refresh rate was off the charts, usually 10 times higher than the refresh rate on modern TVs, and there was virtually no lag on video games. It is almost as if we are going backwards.
This just came up in my feed, and it covers so much more! I didn't realize that a lot of the Sega CD games were continuations of these products; however upon thinking about it, it makes a lot of sense.
