Just today via Humble Store (they give you a Steam key).
With how many awesome games have been free for the past few months, I think this should be a good argument about why, even though a good pc is initially more expensive than a console, it pays itself in the long run. Really great deals this year.
By the way, the game has very low requirements, so you guys don't need a good PC to run it. I've never played it myself but I've heard good things, and I could use one more cyberpunk game in my library.
