I'm on mobile and never access ModeratorNumber2 while on mobile. You always hate stuff I like. You're very negative towards a lot of stuff. So the guess was pretty much apparent. I have checked the polls in the past, but not right now to be honest. We've been over that false claim in the past and no, we still share many things that we both like, you yourself acknowledged that at the time, it wasn't even long ago now, just a couple of weeks ago I think. Robocop and Aliens were mentioned, two of my all time favorite movies, and you agreed they were great, so unless you're saying Robocop and Aliens are bad we clearly have things we both like and I clearly don't hate everything you like. And how am I very negative toward a lot of stuff when a vast majority of the time I give 5/5 scores and talk about how much I love the stuff we're talking about? I give examples on what I like most about stuff and why I like it etc. If there's one thing I really don't like it's talking about things I don't like! I keep it to relevant conversations and threads, I don't make hate threads or derail topics about one thing to talk about some other thing I dislike for example, again because I'd rather talk about stuff I like. My profile for example literally lists several hundreds of games I absolutely love. It took a while to do but I wanted to do it because I love them. Now, how many games did I list that I disliked or hated? Literally 0. Why? Because I want to spend my time focusing on things I like and those are the things I like to show as well. However, when asked to give my opinion and/or rate stuff, like with the weekly threads about doing exactly that, I will give my opinion on things I dislike as well. It's not often it happens but everyone else gets to rate and talk about how they don't like things whenever that happens and the 1/5 and 2/5 options are there for that very reason, so I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to do the same as everyone else gets to do. And if I like to chose when I give my opinion so it doesn't interrupt or derail a current conversation the other's are having about a thing they like when I dislike something, or vice versa, I don't see why that's such a problem either to be honest, I'm not trying to hide that I don't like these things, I'm just trying to let other people talk about what they like without having me jump in and interrupt them with my hate about it. As a rule I like to add my thoughts preferably before a thread gets going or after it's died down a bit if I notice that I have an opinion that differs from the majority. I was maybe exaggerating a little bit, sorry. We have something we both like, yes. And your entitled to your opinions, no doubt. But you have to admit that some of your ratings are sometimes outrageous. Rambo II 1/5 really? You obviously don't have to like the movie. But I don't think it's fair to put it next to the worst movies of all time. What qualifies for a 1/5 for you? That you didn't enjoy it? If a movie is well made, but you didn't like it, does that also qualify for the lowest score possible? Also, does it matter that these polls aren't secret?

First Blood II is better, just get over it. It is basically an objective fact First Blood II is better. First Blood I rules too though. It did give us this legendary NES opening option.
I can't concede the point though. The first one was dedicated to serious issues like PTSD, the bullshit that was the Vietnam War, and the age old issue a veteran has when returning to the real world: normalcy.
I remember how I couldn't find a damn job making more than minimum wage when I got out. It made me rage too.
I know guys who have PTSD and have to deal with stuff like this too:
To me, the jump from Rambo I to II was like the jump from Rocky I to III. You went from seriously good story telling to popcorn fun. I don't mind that, and I like this movie; However, I will always take the original over it for those reasons.

I don't mind that, and I like this movie; However, I will always take the original over it for those reasons. Those are very different things. I would say that First Blood II wouldn't be significant without the first one. What happens in First Blood II wouldn't have any meaning without First Blood I, and it would indeed be just popcorn fun, but knowing what happens in the first one makes the second one much more inspiring and culturally more impactful. A message that at the time every one in the world was able to recognize and admire. That's not to say as serious as those issues are, they are still extremely mundane, but the world is a mundane place, and Rambo signifies how one man with determination can still make all the difference.

The first Rambo and the following Rambos feel like totally different Rambos. I always thought the fourth one had the feel of the first one. No?

First Blood II is better, just get over it. It is basically an objective fact First Blood II is better. First Blood I rules too though. We are talking about the James Cameron that made Termantor, Terminator 2, True Lies, and Aliens, not the Titanic and Avatar James Cameron. The screenplay he did for First Blood II is still legendary. The director Cosmatos did Cobra too, and Cobra also rules. These guys were at their prime, and so it was Stallone. Objective my ass. You are staying your opinions as facts, which they are clearly not.

Rambo: First Blood Part I is not as good as Rambo: First Blood Part II. It has been settled.

Objective my ass. You are staying your opinions as facts, which they are clearly not. My opinion in this case is indeed a fact, concrete, objective, verifiable, with higher credentials, and completely irrefutable. However you can still have a subjective opinion and that's totally fine. I'm not going to hate for you liking First Blood I. You liking First Blood I already shows you are not a lost case because that's also a great movie.

I demand that Balder’s vote be changed from a 3 to a 5 on the basis that he is wrong.

More people think it's worse than the first one, just look at the votes.
