Just finished a Saturday night with some pizza and Over the Top starring Stallone and I must say, the movie is still as excellent after 100 or more viewings as it was the first time. Balder will never understand. I'm glad that you like to rewatch these movies cobretti , because honestly sometimes I think you pull out some of the more ridiculous and quiky movie recommendations out of your ass. Never doubt the sincerity of my movie recommendations. I enjoy them all especially Arnold and Stallone movies. Over the Top, along with The Wizard gives me incredible nostalgic feelings of better times when I as young. Both of them are road trip movies too. |

Just completed a rewatch of Over the Top starting Cobra Stallone and I just don’t get Balder’s review. The father/son segments warms even the coldest of hearts and the arm wrestling scenes provide a nice counterbalance of pure testosterone that can only come from a Stallone movie. Obviously Balder was very wrong with his review and frankly, he should apologize to the forum for it. |

The father/son segments warms even the coldest of hearts and the arm wrestling scenes provide a nice counterbalance of pure testosterone that can only come from a Stallone movie. Obviously Balder was very wrong with his review and frankly, he should apologize to the forum for it. It seems like I don't just live rent free in the Maestro's head, but yours as well. |
