So uh.... me and some chaps decided it would be a good idea to get a taste of Russian food in some random restaurant attended by migrants but I have a problem....
... I have no idea what to order.
So do you know anything about russian food? Any particular recomendations?

You can't go wrong with Borscht en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BorschtMy preference is for the Ukrainian variety, but the Russian versions I've had are still great. |

Vodka, maybe? I don't drink :c You can't go wrong with Borscht en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BorschtMy preference is for the Ukrainian variety, but the Russian versions I've had are still great. That strikes down the soup, any particular main courses and appetizers you can recomend? |

But you should consider it anyway. Just ask for some 'Samogon' (moonshine) and you'll fit right in!
That's all they drink is over there! (most people can't afford beer let alone quality Vodka)

Russian food? Hmmm...can't say I know much, if anything, about Russian cuisine. But I've had beef strogannoff before. Isn't that a Russian dish? And I've heard of borscht, too. I imagine a warm bowl of borscht with some melted butter or cream and a side order of bread would be delicious.
