I've never once found a store that sells used PC games in real life. I assume stores don't sell PC games because they don't have easy ways to test them due to all the different operating systems over the years? Or maybe out of fear of getting a virus when testing the games?

Only second hand shops that sell second hand goods in general, and some few online game stores, never physical game stores. "Second hand shops"? You mean, like, pawn shops? I just realized flea markets and garage sales could sell them. Thrift shops would probably sell them, too. |

I just realized flea markets and garage sales could sell them. Thrift shops would probably sell them, too. There are some places that function similar to pawn shops but I don't think we have any proper pawn shops around here, you can't sell or exchange items, just buy what they have, the places I usually go to are businesses that get all their stuff donated to them for free, they then sell it off cheap and give the earnings to charities (plus pay for expenses such as rent for the locale etc.), and everyone working there are volunteers. |

That sounds extremely similar to a thrift shop as we call them here in America. We also have pawn shops which are different from thrift shops in that, unlike thrift shops, they will buy stuff from anyone. |
