Great find. Finally somebody shed some light on what really happened to Undertow. Great podcast, I just wish he mentioned that the fans still exist, and that we are here on this site.

I really liked how he talked about how they were pushing gear instead of Patreon. I was always baffled at the fact that they were pushing DVD and Blu-Rays. If the content is free online, why would people buy it? I know some of us do out of love for the show, but the vast majority of the YouTube world will not.

Derek is sitting on so much cash. His branding is very powerful. It does require some patience at the beginning, but he still is everything he needs to blow up and have a big impact giving value to people through his creative output.
