And done with the film festival. Saw 25 films in the spand of 6 days and the quality of films were surprisingly good. This was the first film festival that I have attended and it was a great experience. It was awesome to meet and talk to some of the creators of certain films, but since we are still in a pandemic, there were less directors and actors that could attend (mostly because of travel restrictions). Had a great time and I will probably go there next year as well!

We're lucky to live in such a rural place and still have Norway's film festival so close by.

Some of the highlights were Gagarine, Titane, Little Girl, Nowhere special, coda, apples, I'm your man, Fabian: going to the dogs, compartment no. 6. A lot of good films. There were over 60 films at the festival letterboxd.com/choekaas/list/the-norwegian-international-film-festival/ here is a list someone I met at the festival made.

I hope you saw Escape from NY. I wanted to, but I couldn't since it didn't fit the schedule

Yeah, lots of Afghans are celebrating by taking trips to other countries and never coming back.

If that's true, then there's going to be a lot of pissed off veterans. Back in World War 1, the Light Horsemen. On rare occasions, they would shoot the horses rather than see them treated badly by locals.
