That stuff left behind happens in every war though, they can't just blame us for leaving stuff behind, the Russians did the same as well, every single time.
U.S. should not have been there in the first place. Our media is bashing the president for this decision, and that's something you don't see coming from liberal media, but in this case they do it because it is actually a good decision he made, probably for the wrong reasons, but a good decision nevertheless.
It is literally impossible to leave that country in an orderly and peaceful manner. It is also impossible to train the people there to defend themselves. Most of them are pussies and drug addicts, it's like California 2.0.
The so called alpha guys there are indeed the Taliban, they are different than Al Qaeda which is important to clarify even if sometimes goals may align, but for terrorist organizations goals pretty much align with anybody as we saw on Syria.
Obama tried to make us go to Syria as well, but people here made a serious stand against it, and prevented immediately, leaving him with his heels between his legs wanting to send us, so as a result he helped Al Qaeda and ISIS instead to fight the Syrian government.
With Afghanistan it is different because we were already there, it doesn't matter how many more trillions are spend in Afghanistan the results will be exactly the same you see right now, so pulling out is the only way to prevent more deaths of American soldiers that risk their lives every single day they are on the ground.
I'm not the type of guy in favor of pulling out on any situation, but in this case it is the only choice. It's a hard choice because at any given time the choice had to be made and the results would have been exactly the same. Not amount of time, troops, or money can generate a different scenario than what we are seeing now.
Biden obviously lied about everything, but in all honesty he didn't have a choice here. I'm actually surprised he made a good decision, that's not something I expect from him. I'm leaning libertarian on this issue, we have no business messing with other people's cultures and beliefs. Our government should never get involved in those affairs specially if the only purpose is to delay the inevitable.
