For some reason, I just can't imagine it actually being good. Sega, stop trying to make him great again and leave him alone. Please spend it on something else, like resurrecting one of your old franchises or bringing PSO2 to the west. Oh, how about a movie of one of your old franchises?

Sonic fan movie? Because someone felt the absolutely had to do it, complete with YT stars and an aging Jaleel White. But at least it got somewhere and got the thumbs up from Yuji Naka himself, unlike that tosser known as Richard Kuta/AKnotholeResident, who paid 600 US to some for a lame 1 minute Sonic cartoon.

My hope is it has some of the furry/beastiality themes from Sonic 06. I mean, there is no way this will be good, so I hope they go the full nine and make it as bad as possible. Think something like Sharknado or something.

Sonic has to save his girlfriend (played by Megan Fox) from the evil clutches of DR. Robotnik (played by Sylvester Stallone). In order to do so he must team up with Tails (played by Jaden Smith) and fly the tornado --a transformable talking tri-plane from the 30s (voiced by David Bowie)-- into the death egg to blow it up kamikaze style. Rated PG-13 for sexual content, a drug use, and disgusting 90s attitude.

cobretti Any world where humans and talking animals coexist should not be taken too seriously, unlike Sonic 06. Maybe they should make a parody movie.

The worst movie I ever saw was from Sega, it was called "The House Of The Dead", and I have seen many bad movies but no one as bad as that one, so that says a lot.
It is fair to say that the horror genre is the easiest to screw up considering most bad movies belong to that genre.
That said, Sonic games are usually underrated, the games by TeamSonic are very good, except for that one awful title not made by then, but made by ex-Naughty Dog Westerners (aka Boom).

I really hope the Sonic movie has full-on Sonic x Gal Gadot (for lack of hot actresses, really) sex scenes, and a christian mythology monster taking the likeness of a SEGA hedgehog for that big impact in the theaters and multiple creepy pastas to be born after the fact!  |
