I must say I have no idea what happened there. The only times I watched Nintendo Directs was when the Super Best Friends did their let's watch of them; I don't think I can stand a Nintendo Direct on its own.

Well, thanks to them I have been able to watch it! My thoughts are: - Lost Reavers is a game I'd love to play, but it's a pity it was sent to die (why a WiiU release!?) and has bad framerate; - Star Fox Zero doesn't look very exciting; - Hyrule Warriors on 3DS looks ugly... I hope there isn't anything else wrong with it; - RIP in pieces, Paper Mario, sorry to see you go; - Monster Hunter news is always good news; - Mario Maker doesn't stop improving; - Metroid news: the baby; - #FE might not sell very much in the west either; - Fire Emblem Fates DLC news: crazy disgusting; - that Kirby game is looking good; - Amiibo Friends? Really? |

@manicottmafia Yeah I just saw the trailer for Color Splash on Youtube and I'm outraged. Fucking Nintendo not listening to their fanbase YET AGAIN! I'm glad I'm not the only one who's upset.
Oh well. At least it's better than Super Paper Mario on an artistic level. But that's not saying much, seeing as how caveman paintings are more artistically impressive than that atrocity.

Nothing too exciting but some stuff looks cool, I will be buying some of those games though. Like Kirby, Star Fox, Metroid, Pokken. I just don't like to pre-order because then you give them bad ideas.

A bunch of days after the direct, I say it strikes me as weird that I feel Nintendo threw that on the fan even though there a bunch of nice things to look forward to. Maybe it's just me being weirded out that 1st party games aren't reliable for Nintendo anymore.
