So as you all know Dan E. Kool is leaving his post as the moderator of the General Discussion section, and as many are wondering, what will happen to the weekly film discussions? Dan and I talked about this privately to find the best possible solution, and we think we've found out a good way to continue this tradition. It'll be a little bit different, but as our numbers are dwindling in the Pub, this might be a really good way to bring some traction our way. What we came up with is to start a partnership with the subreddit r/Christianity. Now is this some kind of joke you ask? No. The thing is these guys have a sponsorship deal with Pureflix that they are willing to extend to us in exchange for a place to have weekly discussions on films from Pureflix. I've used the trial code they've sent me and there are lots of really great films. I'm sure there is something for everyone here. So instead of paying 10.99 USD a month, we get a discount for 5.99 USD a month if we sign up for a year. This was too good of a deal to pass in my opinion. And we'll get so many new users out of it. It's really a win-win situation. I'm sure people like cobretti will sound his concerns as we'll no longer be able to discuss movies with violence and nudity anymore. But honestly, that's a small sacrifice to make to get this partnership going. What do you guys think?
Here's a trailer to my favorite Pureflix Original. It's called Finding Faith. It's about a sweet high school girl that believes in God, but is ridiculed by her classmates. It's a beautiful story based upon true events. TRAILER

I actually wish Dan would have posted that today instead of yesterday.

Balder - I knew what was waiting for me behind that link, but I clicked anyway because everything about that video rocks. Then I watched it twice, just because. By the way, while cobretti shares his Kirk Cameron love, I'll up the ante with Kevin Sorbo.
