Anyone got any vita game recommendations? Jrpg wise, imports, fighting games, racing games, upcoming games? I know of one game I am going to try and get next month its called strangers of sword city. Looks really cool. Although its an impulse buy so I hope im not wasting money on it. Really want to get that girls und panzer game as I was a fan of the show.
I wish this system had better support. If they localized some heavy hitters for it it might have sold better. Definitely would have been cool to have phantasy star online 2 localized but no they didn't localize it.
My friend brian asked me why I wanted this dead system. I told him its because I want something to go alongside my 3ds dead system or no dead system. At least it still gets upcoming games. I looked up 50 upcoming games for it so while it may be under supported they are still making games for it.

Hmm, that might be the wrong page. I'm sure you could find the Vita version somewhere on PSO-World.com
You can buy the JP versions on discs from Play-Asia, but generally you can download them. If you download them, you'll get all the updates as well. The PC version of PSO2 occupies 25 gigs, just so you have an idea of what to expect when you download it.

Those memories are pricey. That's one of the reasons I went with the 3DS XL instead.

Yes I know they are so expensive. They shouldn't cost that much though. Sony was being greedy with these prices on memory cards.

If Stranger of the Sword interests you there are cheaper dungeon crawlers that have been out for a while. I liked both Demon Gaze and Dungeon Travelers 2(fanservice heavy though, skip for sure if that kinda thing bothers you).
I'd recommend the 16 GB memory stick, it's not too expensive and provides plenty of room given you don't have to all your games downloaded at once.

On gheymes -
Get them Metal Gears.
You can play 7 of the 10 main games in the series on the Vita.
The Vita HD collection includes 4 of them, the rest are on PSN.
Only MGS4, and both MGSVs (Ground Zeroes & Phantom Pain) require home consoles.
Also the Ninja Gaidens. Σ 1&2.
Always nice to have the great timeless classics of 6&7th gen anywhere on the go.

2000 Model? The 1000s have sharper picture & color, but the 2000s are easier on the batteries and so last longer running on them. Plus you can charge the 2000s using any old USB instead of the proprietary one needed for the 1000s... Indispensable if you're using solar. Have a red 2000 meself.   |

Yea I got the 1000 model for the better screen probably because its oled. Of course I usually have the brightness up to maximum every time I play it so that probably doesn't help with battery life. The screen was more important to me then the battery life. |
