I saw a talk about some dude trying to explain your life purpose, and all he was doing is explaining how to decide whether a job you are already thinking about is worth it or not.
It made me think of what our life purpose is which is something I never put on writing, and considering we have this platform I wanted to share it with you guys.
The biggest issue I see in people realizing their life purpose is that they assume it is different for each person, and to me that is not the case, we are all part of a bigger family, and in my opinion we share the same purpose.
My belief is that our purpose in life can be divided in 3 major categories, spiritual, mental, and physical, and they are all very simple.
Spiritually: To improve the lives of everyone you encounter by transmitting to them your own peace and happiness, and to exemplify how people can do good without asking things in return.
Mentally: To develop acuity in putting yourself in other people's shoes that have walked through circumstances completely different than yours, and the faculty to relate to them even in the moments with the most tension.
Physically: To respect your body by avoiding harmful substances, and sedentarism, to nurture it with healthy greens and pulses, to replenish it with pure water, clean air, deep sleep, and with the touch of those you love, which should be everyone you encounter in your proximity.
That said, it is very easy to fall back from our life purpose, and it is in those moments when it is important to put our shoes on the ground, and give ourselves the justice of forgiveness, and to realize that to be at ease with the world we don't need to analyze it, all we need is to experience it as is, and be grateful for that opportunity.
