How to meditate?
Sit down still, breath deep, and try to clear your mind for 21 minutes, ignore the itches, and ignore the thoughts, just focus on the oxygen feeding the muscles of your body from head to toe. Do this every day.

How is the plan holding up? I do take all the supplements without fail, but I had been failing on my daily exercises, thanks for reminding me, I need to get back on track.
