For the 2010s I vote for Game Of Thrones, and that's considering I only saw the first two seasons back in the day. I may start from the beginning to see the rest.
Stuff like The Walking Dead straight up looks bad to me, but at least that's just how it looks like, maybe the show is really great. However big shout outs to Californication that was indeed great, but it was kind of in between both decades.
In terms of sitcoms How I Met Your Mother. It definitely wins over The Big Bang Theory.
--------
From the 2000s the number one show according to me was Entourage, but I did like others like Lost, and Nip/Tuck.
TV Shows really improved a lot during the late decade, specially coming from TV shows like Dawson's Creek at the beginning of it.
In terms of Sitcoms Two And A Half Men, but shout outs to The King Of Queens, That 70s Show, and Everybody Loves Raymond.
--------
From the 90s the X-Files is the absolute winner, but shows like The Renegade, and La Femme Nikita were very popular, and of course 90210.
In terms of sitcoms Seinfeld wins, for me it definitely wins over Friends. Shout outs to Full House, Mad About You, Saved By The Bell, Married With Children, The Nanny, and the excellent show that was Home Improvement.
--------
Many 80s shows were still airing during the late 90s, so I know some, and it is hard to choose. I would probably give it to Highlander, but MacGyver is just a strong contender for me. However most people would likely choose Miami Vice.
In terms of sitcoms The Wonder Years just if it counts, but I recognize Doogie Howser M.D., Who's The Boss?, Alf, and The Golden Girls.
-------
From the 70s I would give it to Hawaii Five-O, but Fantasy Island is a strong contender too.
However I'm not familiar with any sitcom from the time. Although I heard of Taxi, and The Brady Bunch.
-------
From the 60s it will be Gilligan's Island, but Bonanza is a strong contender.
In terms of sitcoms Bewitched, but also I Dreamed Of Jeannie should be mentioned.
-------
From the 50s I give it a tie between Lassie, and Rin Tin Tin, but shout outs to The Twilight Zone, and The Lone Ranger too.
In terms of sitcoms, I just remember it should go to The Three Stooges.
