Have you guys seen this show? It's pretty damn good. It's a Netflix Original show, but don't let that discourage you. I really don't care for TV shows in general, but this one intrigued me enough to give it a chance. Each episode takes a look at an iconic line of toys; its history, origin, future, its creators, why it became a sensation etc. They have interviews with so many important people and it's a really well made history show of iconic toys. Some of the toys they cover are Star Wars, LEGO, TMNT, G.I. Joe, He-Man and many more. Give it a chance if you have a Netflix subscription. It's in its third season now, 4 episodes a season, 45 minute episodes.

Sounds like something I would like. I grew up in the 90s, but most of my big toy collection was mostly 80s because they were gifts from my cousin who grew up during the 80s.
I had the entire GI Joe series, the entire TMNT series, and the entire Star Wars series, simply because he didn't want to miss a thing.
I also got all the Street Sharks, but those were 90s, and other single ones like He-Man, Optimus Prime, and many many Lego, and Hot Wheels toys, I was a very lucky kid. However I never had any Thundercats, and I remember liking the show.
Other toys I really wanted were Mortal Kombat action figures, but they never released any decent ones, all the ones that came out were pretty crappy, and never gave justice to the awesome SNES characters, however I did have a lot of Power Rangers, X-Men, and Knights Of The Zodiac action figures.

Sounds like you'd love this series then. Go watch it.

Brief discussion. Sounds like something I would like, but no Netflix.

You could watch all three seasons of it with only a month's worth of subscription. So you know if you feel like 9 hours of entertainment is worth whatever Netflix costs now, go for it.
