Haven't watched it in many years, but it's my least favorite of the prequels. Without going into details of what I dislike about (just a repeating what everyone else has said about it); what I do like are the clones, Jango Fett's fight scenes especially the one in space, the jedi battle and pretty much everything that happens on Geonosis and the Kamino scenes. The rest of the movie suffers heavily from the love romance and dialogue scenes. Overall this is still better than most of the Disney movies. I think I would give this a 3/5.

My favorite part of the movie was when Yoda took out his light saber. I still remember everyone in the theater losing their shit over this.
I also remember getting a hard on when Padme got cut on her back by the beast, and listening to her screaming, basically anything would trig me at the time.
I remember seeing Rose Byrne in this movie, but she didn't have much of a role. I feel Keira Knightley got a lot more screen time than her in Episode I.
This is the first time we saw Hayden Christensen as Anakin. In hindsight, as others have said before, he was perfect for the role because he always looked legitimately confused, and legitimately trying to make sense of his place in that world, and that was what the character needed.
I also liked when we saw Yoda as a war general managing all the clones. He looked badass bringing them to attack right on time. His whole attitude as a war commander was pretty sick to see.
As a massive fan of Christopher Lee I was extremely pleased to see him in Star Wars. His whole career was nothing less than stellar, and I was satisfied with the very important role they gave him, even having his own fight scenes. Anakin, and Obi Wan were nothing next to him, he mopped the floor with them.
Considering the Sith was ruling the Republic behind doors, I remembered even thinking that he was on the right side of things, and was one of the good guys, but then I realized Palpatine was behind him as well, specially when I saw him throwing lightning.
Overall the movie was very good. I honestly don't think there is a Star Wars movie I don't like. They are all well made. I actually liked this one more than Episode III. Episode III ending was great, and had some good acting parts, but overall this one had better moments.

The way I see it, Attack of the Clones is a SW movie that is largely underwhelming but rarely ever annoying. ROTS is kinda the opposite; the horrible dialogue and acting are unbearably annoying when they aren't making me laugh by being so-bad-its-good, but that movie redeems itself with a number of really cool action scenes and visual designs. Attack of the Clones on the other hand has very little in the way of quality action outside of a couple chase scenes and the geonosian arena fight at the end. It's arguably the most vapid and underwhelming of the Lucas saga films. A great example of this is the "climactic" Count Dooku encounter, which is IMO hands down the the most disappointing lightsaber duel in the entire series. The camera work and choreography are beyond boring; there are shots where Christiansan and Lee are literally just waving their sabers in front of a camera to mimic swordfighting. It was that lazy and horrible.
I was also disappointed by the alien scenery (a similar complaint I have with ROTS), which seemed like a big step down from Phantom Menace. Geonosis was just a generic barren alien wasteland with no real flora or fauna, and the other worlds were either recycled from Phantom Menace or simply weren't explored enough, like Kamino.
Also, promoting that dumb clown Jar Jar to the senator of Coruscant was an even more implausible mistake than his role as a screaming stooge in Phantom Menace. A true sacrilege to Star Wars lore.
On the bright side, Attack did introduce some of the most memorable SW memes, like sand and the Sleezebaggano scene. Classic stuff! For these reasons I'll give it a 3/5. It's entertaining but mostly underwhelming.

I believe Jar Jar being promoted was one of the things that led to the Darth Jar Jar theory. That he was going to be the man behind Palpatine, but Lucasfilm made him so over the top that they abandoned that plot twist altogether.

It's ridiculous, funny and interesting, but highly improbable. It screams fan-theory.

I loved all of Ewan McGregor scenes and the fight scene at the end was pretty good in the colosseum. But I do think it's the weakest in the Trilogy. I was hitting puberty man. Remembering this movie brings me back.
