No Classic Game Room so Game Sack will have to do.

Yeah, despite how insane it was everything Mark did, it was a lot of ground left to cover. It sucks because he is the best in the industry at it. None of these channels come close.

WHY DID I NOT KNOW THIS GAME EXISTED UNTIL RECENTLY??? WHY WAS IT NEVER PORTED TO THE CD 32X OR THE SATURN??? As a huge fan of the original Golden Axe I feel heartbroken by this game's obscurity, because after watching gameplay it looks like it improves on the original in every single area while also carrying over everything that made the first Golden Axe great. I've heard horrible things about Golden Axe 2 & 3 for the Mega Drive (which is why I never bothered playing those), so The Revenge of Death Adder seems to be the last truly worthy side-scrolling entry in the series, which is to say it's a perfect 5/5 game for sure. I love the in-game graphics/sprite work and ESPECIALLY the concept artwork that the designers included in the game's opening and the flyers/promo posters: The artists behind SoR 4 could really learn a lot from the art in these classic Sega titles. I desperately want to play Revenge of Death Adder now but it isn't available digitally/physically at the moment. Such a shame. It clearly deserves to be re-released. EDIT: I just noticed that its wikipedia page indicates that The Revenge of Death Adder is supposedly going to be included in a compilation with other arcade titles and released (presumably for consoles) sometime in 2020, although it doesn't say anything more than that. Let's hope this rumor is true.

It's good, I'll never understand why Sega didn't port it to the Saturn. It makes a great companion to the Capcom D&D games, all being great fantasy beat'em up games. The art is very detailed and well done, the characters are very out there (in how many games do you play as a centaur girl?) and it has some nice setpieces.
I played it through MAME, never saw a real machine. It is a 5/5 to me, probably the best Golden Axe if we ignore the historical context of the first one and focus on the gameplay and art themselves.

The game looks indeed great. I haven't had a chance to play it myself, but I already know I'm going to like it just by looking at it.

I've played the arcade machine several times at Galloping Ghost and it is fun indeed. I should give it a play on MAME so I can actually hear the music.

Do you remember where in the maze of games it is? What dschult said about them moving games around is true so you can't count on it's location. It's usually close to the entrance though in the first row of games you see after getting passed the front counter. (also a possibility it could be in back for maintenance or something) That's definitely where it was first time I went and don't recall it being relocated very far(I've been there about 7 times now). It was the first game I played there.

Bollocks. Only wealthy materialists have the money for stuff like that. Nah, just people that work hard, save their pennies, and don't steal wi-fi from McDonalds. You seem to misunderstand what I'm saying. What makes you think I've never had enough money to afford an arcade cabinet? Last year I bought a $1,550 moped, which is the same amount as a new high-end gaming PC or two arcade cabinets. The thing is, I would always prefer to invest my money in reducing my carbon emissions than spend it on materialistic stuff like you Trump voters would, or global conservatives like Balder would. Gaming is low on my priority list when it comes to spending my money. And I've already explained that the reason I don't live with internet service is because I suffer from internet addiction which affects my ability to perform in the workplace, my social life, strains my eyes, etc.
