I am a sucker for anything with Karl Urban, and I liked the ending sequence.

I watched this back im October of 2018, and here is my review from then:
"As a sci-fi horror film, this one is alright. For a Doom film? Were they even trying? Who of these generic special op soldiers are supposed to be Doomguy? None of them have the iconic green armor. Almost none of the iconic weapons are shown, fuck, the BFG barely gets any screentime. The lore is fucked up. I hate that there are so many characters, all we really need is Doomguy and demon hellspawns. Why is the iconic Doom theme missing? It woulf have been great to use it in the FPS sequence as it is the only thing that reminds me of the game. I thought that scene was pretty amusing and interesting. Wish it packed a better punch though. The gore is the one thing that is pretty great. Most of these video game releated movies are neutered with PG-13. Great to see this resemble the game in that department. Overall an okay movie, but does not stay true to the source material at all." 2.5/5 I didn't find this movie that bad. It was actually good at times.
