I've been thinking about purchasing an old computer for that old classic feel. I'm looking at buying an old Tandy 1000, and IBM XT variant, or an Atari XE variant.

I had no idea of the Atari XE. That one sounds cool for the name Atari. I'm always fascinated when I hear how computers were treated like consoles back then. They were all unique and original, and that made them special.
